Today, our work is centered largely on public-sector technology modernization—helping government agencies replace fragmented environments with practical, integrated, and sustainable solutions.
Our Story
BPMA was founded in 2008 on a straightforward principle: recommendations have little value if they cannot work within the client’s actual operating environment.
The company began with a broader strategy and management-consulting focus. Over time, technology became an increasingly important part of the problems our clients needed to solve—and implementation became an increasingly important part of our role.
Today, BPMA’s work is concentrated around government data, digital modernization, Microsoft business applications, GIS, enterprise applications, analytics, system integration, and program delivery.
Our public-sector teams have worked on county and statewide programs involving public health, social services, education, school finance, emergency communications, regulatory systems, facilities platforms, data warehouses, dashboards, and enterprise applications.
We remain deliberately focused. Rather than attempting to be everything to everyone, BPMA brings together senior leadership and specialized technical resources around the actual needs of each engagement.

Leadership
Ahmad Iqbal
President & CEO
Ahmad leads BPMA’s strategic direction, client engagements, operations, and delivery oversight. His background spans technology, business strategy, project management, enterprise architecture, organizational improvement, data and analytics, transformation, and implementation leadership. His role at BPMA reflects the company’s core philosophy: bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions while keeping implementation grounded in the client’s operational reality.
LtCol Winston Jimenez, USMC (Ret.)
Chief Strategy Officer
Winston leads BPMA's strategic growth, federal-market development, teaming, and partner engagement. He works with BPMA leadership and industry partners to identify and shape opportunities where BPMA's public-sector experience, small-business status, specialized capabilities, and personnel can provide meaningful value. He is a retired Lieutenant Colonel with the US Marine Corps and US Naval Academy graduate. Winston has an MBA and a Certified Master Black Belt.
Arasch Fatemi
Salesforce Practice Lead
Arasch leads BPMA's Salesforce practice, supporting solution strategy, architecture, implementation, and delivery for Salesforce-based initiatives. He helps align Salesforce capabilities with client business processes, integration requirements, user needs, and long-term platform objectives. He brings more than 15 years of Salesforce experience, including service as Senior Director of Professional Services supporting enterprise clients. Arasch holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Networking.
Paxton Tait
Senior Microsoft / Azure Architect
Paxton provides architecture and technical leadership for Microsoft-centric modernization initiatives. His expertise includes Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, data architecture, integration, DevOps, Power BI, SQL, cloud platforms, and modern application environments. He serves as a key BPMA resource for complex Microsoft business-application and cloud modernization work.
