Ahmad Iqbal
President & CEO
Ahmad drives the overall strategic direction of the company and corporate management. In his current role, Ahmad is responsible for leading the operations and client engagements undertaken by the company. As someone who wears both Business and Technology hats, Ahmad’s expertise includes Strategy and Policy Development and Implementation, Change Management, Organizational and Operational Assessment, Performance Improvement, Best Practices, Project Management, Enterprise Architecture and Design, Interim Executive, IT Transformation and Team building, Business Intelligence and Risk Management etc. Prior to his current roles, Ahmad held various leadership and engineering positions with companies such as JD Power and Associates, Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Sigue Corp, Reuters etc.
From 2008 till June of 2016, Ahmad served as an adjunct professor of the MSIT & MBA programs at the University of Redlands. He served as an elected member of the Board of Directors at International Visitors Council of Los Angeles (IVCLA). He was a fellow of the Southern California Leadership Network, and past president of the California chapter of the Association of Business Process Management Professionals (ABPMP).
Ahmad has been a frequent speaker in various Leadership training seminars and workshops sharing his experience in Change Management and Organizational Transformation. He authored various policy papers, and whitepapers based on his research and experience for the organizations and clients he served.
Ahmad received his Executive MBA (with honors) from the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management at the Claremont Graduate University. He received his MSEE degree as a Honeywell/NASA Fellow from Capitol College, MD; and studied his undergraduate engineering at Cal Poly Pomona, CA.
Ahmad enjoys spending time with his time with his family, and holds a black belt in Kenpo Karate.

Chief Strategy Officer
As the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), Winston brings a disciplined, mission-first mindset to BPM Advisors, shaped by a distinguished career in the United States Marine Corps. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (LSSMBB), known for driving operational excellence and process innovation across complex systems. Over the past decade, Winston has been at the forefront of digital transformation, spearheading initiatives in Blockchain, Web3, and Artificial Intelligence.
His work blends technical fluency with strategic foresight, enabling organizations to navigate emerging tech with confidence. Winston has successfully partnered with post-quantum cryptographic firms to onboard and submit innovative white papers, and scalable solutions to federal clients. His deep understanding of digital infrastructure positions him as a trusted advisor to agencies advancing national resilience.
Beyond technical acumen, Winston is passionate about mentorship, stakeholder engagement, and aligning innovation with mission impact. He regularly collaborates with academic and industry leaders to accelerate the adoption of transformative technologies. At BPM Advisors, Winston channels his leadership experience and technical expertise into guiding strategic modernization efforts that deliver measurable results.
Winston is a proud graduate of United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in History, and has an MBA from Webster University.

VP, Sales and Business Development
Elena Lewis leads Business Development at BPM Advisors, responsible for driving growth through direct sales and strategic channel partnerships. Her work focuses on solving clients’ complex IT and operational challenges across diverse industries, including Financial Services, Government, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, Telecommunications, Transportation, and Utilities.
With more than 20 years of business experience, Elena has contributed to the success of both large enterprises and technology start-ups. Her background spans Business Development, Professional Services, Estimating, Training, and Customer Support, giving her a 360-degree view of how strategy, process, and people intersect to deliver measurable value.
Elena brings a people-first perspective to BPM’s consulting practice, grounded in her experience leading programs, developing teams, and building trusted relationships that strengthen customer success. She unites cross-functional groups around shared goals and translates complex client needs into actionable strategies that drive growth and measurable results.

Salesforce Practice Lead
Arasch Fatemi leads the Salesforce practice at BPM Advisors, guiding public sector and nonprofit clients through CRM implementations, integrations, and managed services that deliver measurable value. With over two decades of leadership in global digital transformation and customer success, he bridges strategy and technology to help organizations thrive.
In addition to his work at BPM Advisors, Arasch serves as Vice President of CRM Integrations at Ticketure, where he directs product strategy, integration solutions, and strategic global alliances. His career includes nearly 15 years at Salesforce, where he supported Fortune 50 clients and built scalable customer success models, as well as services practice leadership at CDW.
Arasch is a 17x Salesforce-certified professional and a heroic.us certified coach. He shares his expertise as an Adjunct Professor at California Science and Technology University for MBA-level courses, and CRM Technology at Calbright College.
